- Hosting and logs
- The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, request metadata) to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics also runs without cookies and without identifying you; it counts visits and pages only.
- Measurement with consent
- Only if you agree in the banner, the site loads Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to understand which content brings visitors and how the archive is read. These tools set cookies and process usage data; Google and Meta may transfer data outside the EU and Switzerland under their respective safeguards. Legal basis: consent. Decline in the banner or withdraw any time via the cookies link in the footer; the site works identically either way.
- The wish form
- Text you submit through the form is emailed to the archive via Resend, Inc. and read by a human. It is used to consider your idea and for nothing else. Do not include personal data you would not put in an email.
- Newsletter
- If you join the archive by mail, your address is processed by Kit for the sole purpose of sending the archive's mail. Every message contains an unsubscribe link.
- Your rights
- You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@unhomologated.com. You may also complain to your supervisory authority; in Switzerland, the FDPIC.
